Term 6

We have continued looking at transport this week and have looked at how transport has changed over time.  We have tried to make our own transport in the outside area, made boats for the water tray and have written our own descriptions of different vehicles for our friends to guess.  We have had lovely weather this week so have been making the most of the sunshine and spending lots of time outside.  In maths, we have been looking at sharing, and seeing if we can make equal groups with different amounts.

What a great start to Term 6, a trip to Hythe and Dymchurch Railway.  We met at Hythe where we had a snack and played games while we waiting for out train.  Once our train arrived, we travelled to New Romney, seeing how many different modes of transport we could spot on our journey.  Once we arrived we visited the museum, played in the park and enjoyed our lunch before heading back to Hythe.  Then then enjoyed a well earned hot chocolate while we waiting for our mummy's and daddy's to arrive.
